THE KEY TO PACKAGING

From your needs to our solutions.

SOLID FOAMS

Solid foams are a class of lightweight cellular engineering materials. They are divided into open-cell and closed-cell foams. The closed-cell structure foams feature higher dimensional stability, lower moisture absorption, and higher strength compared to open-cell-structured foams. All types of foam are widely used as core material in sandwich-structured composite materials.

Polyurethane – PU foam

As a lightweight material of low to medium density, PU foams are often used in packaging products. Due to fast compression, PU foams are exhibiting excellent impact absorption enabling impeccable protection for the most fragile of products.

Crosslinked Polyethylene – XPE foam

XPE foam is a closed-cell polyethylene foam. Its specific structure provides the product with aesthetic features and offers excellent protection. XPE foam is suited for the packaging of abrasion non-resistant products and will supplement our materials superbly. Available in various densities and thicknesses, it enables simple plotter and other machine processing.

Expanded Polyethylene – EPE foam

Expanded polyethylene (foam) can be entirely processed according to your wishes and needs or used in combination with our packaging products. To ensure full integrity of your products we can incorporate various protective foams (18–140kg/m3). EPE foam is applicable for the protection of abrasion-resistant products.

Application areas:

  • ESD-foam to protect electrical components;
  • Foam of lower specific density to protect lightweight products;
  • Foam of high specific density to protect heavy products;
  • Combinations of thermoset foams;
  • Self-adhesive foams.
