THE KEY TO PACKAGING

From your needs to our solutions.

SOLID SHEETS

Solid sheets made of various extruded plastics are developed and produced to ensure excellent properties enabling the most variable use. They are produced in an environment-friendly way and can be fully (100%) recycled.

Main advantages:

  • Tough,
  • Flexible,
  • Lightweight,
  • Water-resistant (washable!),
  • Oil-resistant,
  • Resistant to high temperatures.

Application areas:

  • Envelopes/folders, smaller cases, notebooks;
  • Packaging in the cosmetic and pharma industries;
  • Transport packaging;
  • Toys;
  • Protective partitions, etc.

Polypropylene – PP sheets

PP solid sheets are durable and do not break or tear. They are suitable for printing, machining, thermoforming and are highly resistant to various chemicals and corrosion. Due to said properties, the material is ideally suited for packaging products and allowing for full (100%) recycling at the end of its life span.

Low-Density Polyethylene – LDPE sheets

LDPE solid sheets enable thermoforming and welding, as well as other variable machine processing. LDPE is distinguished by its pliability and general flexibility, as well as high resistance to corrosion and chemicals.

High-Density Polyethylene – HDPE sheets

HDPE solid sheets enable thermoforming and welding, as well as other variable machine processing. HDPE is distinguished by its rigidity and pliability, as well as its high resistance to mechanical impact, corrosion and chemicals.

Polycarbonate – PC sheets

PC solid sheets are transparent and exhibit high resistance to mechanical impact, corrosion and chemicals. Being also highly fire-resistant, the material is almost undestroyable. PC is 200-times more resistant compared to glass and polyethylene.
