- implementation of the CRM system,
- establishment of central code books as part of the ERP system,
- implementation of API interfaces between MES and ERP,
- building a new database,
- introduction of BI tools and organization of an analytical database for storing data from machines,
- introduction of MS Teams,
- introduction of the MES Sinapro.IIOT system,
- a digital documentary system,
- establishment of a central digital register of contracts,
- introduction of CDO of the workplace,
- training for implemented systems,
- purchase and installation of archive media for cloud backup,
- introduction of systems for critical data restoration introduction of a digital platform for connecting machines,
- introduction of the MES system,
- visualization of production occupancy data,
- and automation of production monitoring.
